Emergency Services

Always prepared, both in the air and on the ground, members of Civil Air Patrol perform emergency services for state and local agencies as well as the federal government as the civilian auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force and for states/local communities as a nonprofit organization. Ever vigilant, these true patriots make a difference in their communities, not only assisting in times of disaster but also searching for the lost and protecting the homeland.

Emergency Services Locally

Air Capital Composite Squadron actively participates in all aspects of CAP's Emergency Services program locally. Notably, ACCS and the Kansas Wing participate in emergency blood product transport for the American Red Cross which has resulted in a high operational tempo for our squadron and credit life-saving for several of our members.

Our current training goals including recertification for many of our Ground Teams and Aircrews and well as building out a strong small Unmanned Aerial Systems program in our squadron.
