Education and Training Level II Part 1

1st Lt. Braedon Smith will be hosting a Level II Part 1 training day on 18 Mar 2023 at Heartland Preparedness Center. L2P1 is required to hold any grade in CAP.
The prerequisite for this class is completion of Level I.
We have two groups of people who need to do L2P1 in this unit, those who are on the military path and those on the new member path. These paths have some separate modules, so I will split the day into three sections. The first will be for members on the military path, the second for everyone, and the third for new members only. Individual modules may run under time, but sections will start on time regardless.

0800 - Bringing Your Service to Civil Air Patrol
0900 - Civil Air Patrol Customs and Courtesies
0930 - Civil Air Patrol Uniform Differences
1000 - Advanced Grade and Expectations
Section 2 - All Paths
1030 - Accountability and Responsibility of the Adult Leader
1130 - Choosing Your Duty Assignment and Specialty Track
1230 - Lunch Break
1330 - The Senior Member Education and Training Program
1430 - Serving with Volunteers
1530 - Unit Organization
Section 3 - New Member Path
1600 - Uniform Wear in Civil Air Patrol
1700 - Customs and Courtesies
1830 - Professionalism
